To help snow removal, our Traffic and Parking By-Law prohibits parking on all municipal roads and parking lots between 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. from November 1 to March 31. Vehicles parked on our roads can be towed and or ticketed.

• The Township will deploy plows within 12 hours to achieve a snow depth less than 8cm once accumulation reaches a minimum 8cm (according to the Ontario Regulation 239/02 Minimum Maintenance Standard).

• The Township will deploy plows within 16 hours to achieve a snow depth less than 8cm once accumulation reaches a minimum 8cm (according to the Ontario Regulation 239/02 Minimum Maintenance Standard).

• The Township will deploy plows within 24 hours to achieve a snow depth less than 8cm once accumulation reaches a minimum 10cm (according to the Ontario Regulation 239/02 Minimum Maintenance Standard).

• This road is not serviced by the City of Markham.

• The Township will reduce the snow to a depth less than or equal to 8 centimetres within 48 hours.
